Schedule a Deposition or IME by Phone

Employers, attorneys, or insurance companies can schedule an IME or Deposition by:

1. First dialing 610-337-3111,
2. Wait until you connect and the prompt begins to play,
3. Then press option ‘4‘ on your phone,
4. Wait until the final prompt begins to play,
5. Then press the option number ‘1‘ on your phone, and ask to schedule a Deposition or IME.

(We are available to schedule depositions or IMEs during regular office hours*.)

Note: While you may informally be in touch with one of our doctors regarding depositions or IMEs, the process outlined above is the only way to properly schedule and assure an appointment is locked down.
