About Merion Medical Surgery Center
Merion Medical Surgery Center in King of Prussia is a state-of-the-art facility providing the highest quality, multi-specialty outpatient surgery options for our patients. The Center follows world-class best practices in its patient care.
Merion Medical Surgery Center has three operating rooms and 10 beds for pre/post anesthesia care. Specialties include minimally-invasive spine, musculoskeletal, and sports medicine. Merion Medical Surgery Center is a fully-licensed ambulatory surgery center and is affiliated with SCA Health and Virtua Health. It is also the primary ambulatory surgery center used by Main Line Spine.
About Our New Name
Merion Medical Surgery Center continues to have the same great doctors and staff our patients know from when we were under our previous name, “Main Line Spine Surgery Center”. We also remain in the same location.
However, in addition to Main Line Spine, doctors from other medical practices across the region now use our multi-specialty outpatient facility with their own patients. Thus, it made sense to change the name of the surgery center.

Getting Here
Merion Medical Surgery Center is located at the Merion Building in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
The Merion Building is conveniently located off the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76). If you are traveling westbound, take exit 329 from I-76 to South Henderson Road. If you are traveling eastbound, take exit 330 from I-76 and continue on South Gulph Road to South Henderson Road.
Free parking is available.
Once You Arrive
On the south, Schuylkill Expressway-side of the building, enter the lobby which is to the RIGHT under the clock and the Main Line Spine sign (this is Entrance B). Once in the lobby, take the elevator on the left to the third floor. Turn left after exiting the elevator and head to surgery center reception.
