Foot and Ankle Pain and Problems

Your foot and ankle are an intricate network of bones, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. They are one of the most complex parts of the body. Strong enough to bear your body weight, your foot and ankle are susceptible to many stresses and can be prone to pain, inflammation, or injury. These problems can result in limited movement and mobility.

Main Line Spine’s doctors and clinical team care for many common foot and ankle problems, along with more complicated diagnoses.

When appropriate, our patient rehabilitation plans include providers from outside our practice. For example, with some foot and ankle issues, we’ll often collaborate with Doctors of Podiatric Medicine (DPMs) where their specialized expertise in the foot, ankle, and related structures of the leg is critical for treatment.
